El Paso Electric Board of Directors Names Cynthia Henry
as Company’s Vice President and General Counsel
Cynthia M. Henry is appointed as El Paso Electric’s (EPE) Vice President and General Counsel by the Company’s Board of Directors.
As EPE’s Vice President and General Counsel, Ms. Henry will oversee all the legal activities for the Company.
Ms. Henry has been with El Paso Electric since 2013 as the Director, FERC Compliance. Prior to joining El Paso Electric, Ms. Henry worked for Xcel Energy in Denver, CO, as the Manager, Regulaory Policy. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University, Juris Doctor from the University of Texas at Austin, a Master of Law from the University of London and an Executive MBA from IE and Brown University.
